All units are 'ground floor' with undercover parking and a convenient guest laundry. There is a Dryer fee or guest can take advantage of the clothesline instead.

Corporate guests have the added advantage of free wireless broadband access and large well lit work areas. Fax, photocopy and email facilities are also offered.

Designer mini-bars are available on request to ensure the guest enjoy the beverage of their choice while staying at the Silo.

The units themselves all have whisper quiet split system air conditioners, comfortable sealy posturepedic beds and of course free Austar channels for their quiet enjoyment.
